Last night was a lovely evening for a trip on the Liverpool Big Wheel. It’s not quite as impressive as the London Eye for height and views but it was still a very nice thing to do to see the city from above and across the river Mersey too. I saw my old apartment very clearly and it was good for checking out the developments in the city…. what is going to happen in all those buildings, I have no idea but hopefully someone knows….

 

The weather is warming up here (finally) and after the wheel we had a meal in a restaurant with big windows facing the sun. It was like eating in a fabulous little green house.

Oh and the weather forecast is looking very good for the weekend too….(so far – fingers crossed). Happy days.
